Martin Ramsey

Martin is an audit partner in the MHA Birmingham office and has been part of the firm since 2017.

Martin deals with a mixed portfolio of clients including mid to large corporate groups, which are either privately owned, private equity backed, or listed on the AIM market. He has a sector specialism in professional practices including legal, accounting, IP, and property businesses.

Martin also advises on client money accounting, mergers, and acquisitions particularly in the professional’s space, with regards to funding, business structuring and incorporations, and benchmarking.
