Naomi Aly

Hi! My name is Naomi Aly, and I am the Marketing Manager for the independent hospitality group, Enchanted Ventures. You will know the restaurants as Siamais, Lulu Wild, and Aluna. With a taste for hospitality; a need for organisation; and a thrill from creativity and imagination, I enjoy designing, developing and bringing to life holistic marketing campaigns to promote both business services and seasonal products.

As the group’s Event and Marketing Manager at Lulu Wild, I play a key role in shaping the personality, energy and guest experience of one of the most exciting restaurants in Birmingham. With a background in hospitality marketing, event production and brand storytelling, I love bringing creative ideas to life and crafting experiences that truly connect with our guests.

I oversee everything from seasonal campaigns to in-venue promotions, ensuring Lulu Wild continues to stand out as a leading cocktail bar in Birmingham. Whether it’s developing a new creative concept, planning a themed activation or working with the bar team on a launch, my goal is always to create moments that feel memorable, immersive and fresh.

Event management is a huge part of my role, and I’m passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for clients using our stunning spaces. I handle all aspects of venue hire in Birmingham, working closely with corporate partners, private groups and celebration organisers to design bespoke events — from intimate gatherings to large brand showcases. I’m meticulous in my planning and committed to ensuring every event runs smoothly from start to finish.

Seeing people enjoy the energy and creativity we put into our bottomless brunches and overall general restaurant and cocktail bar service is genuinely one of the highlights of my role.
