Passionate about early careers, Sarah has supported organisations to launch and develop graduate and apprentice programmes; from selection, onboarding, induction and development, to helping them to attract, develop and retain the best talent for their business.
Sarah’s expertise in early career development extends to designing creative and effective assessment methods and models; critical to embedding sustainable training and development plans, and is currently studying for a Masters in Organisational Change & Development.
