From January 2017, LFS had a vision to become one of the major national players within the Legionella & Fire Compliance markets.

Without the drive & ambition to be ‘the best at what we do’ we would never be where we are today.

From starting out in 2017 with just 7 employees we have grown into having 60+ employees and £5m turnover business. We are nothing without our people and NONE of the above could have been achieved without them.

Our talented & dedicated teams have driven our rapid growth by securing long term contracts with Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Care Home Groups, National Restaurant chains and many more clients from Aberdeen to Cornwall. Birmingham City Council who is the largest authority within Europe are one of our largest clients for all services.

We have created over 50 jobs for local employment and worked very closely with our local Chambers of Commerce to source local talent by way of apprenticeships.

We are a very new, vibrant, and modern thinking company, although we do have our corporate ethos of ‘giving back’ to the community. Our teams are imperative to our success and most of our promotions have come from within as we are Investors in People. We fully support training to all staff and have a 92% staff retention number as of April 2022.

We have a Social Responsibility within some Local Authority & Housing Association contracts we have. This can be by way of charity donations, charity days such as building garden furniture to improve residents’ surroundings and general social support, including jobs fairs for our apprenticeship’s schemes.
