tallest building in Birmingham.<\/p>\n<p>The \u00a3150m development situated at 100 Broad Street will see 503 apartments created and include a sky lounge bar and restaurant on the top floor.<\/p>\n<p>Birmingham\u2019s Glancy Nicholls Architects are behind the designs, which the council have said would make a significant contribution to meeting the city\u2019s future housing needs.<\/p>\n<p>The proposals also include two ground floor retail units with a total of 5,500 sq ft of space.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The \u00a3150m development situated
