Smarter Recruitment Services, led by Sarah and Mark Heath, had appointed administrators at Leonard Curtis after facing difficulties due to the cost of living crisis.<\/p>\n
The Newcastle-under-Lyme firm had been hit by clients implementing hiring freezes, leading to a drop in revenue and creating cashflow issues.<\/p>\n
Increases in minimum wage, inflationary salary pressures and other rises in expenses relating to insurance and utilities had also impacted profitability.<\/p>\n
