Global outsourcing firm Impala has officially launched its UK operations with headquarters in Birmingham, regional presence in London, and a fast-growing delivery hub in Cape Town, South Africa.<\/p>\n
Co-founded by Kuran Jandu, Nick Bennett, and De Wet de Villiers, the firm said in a statement that it is entering the market with the ambition to transform how accountancy firms and SMEs access global talent, while creating high-value jobs across the UK.<\/p>\n
Impala\u2019s model is reportedly already proving popular with accountancy firms, SME finance teams, and owner-managed businesses, particularly those in hard to hire geographies and larger towns and cities where salaries are continuing to trend on the hockey stick curve up. By embedding remote professionals qualified in audit, tax, bookkeeping, and accounting directly into UK teams, Impala will add technical capability while preserving the firm’s existing culture.<\/p>\n

Firms outsourcing through Impala will have greater levels of capital and protection against inflation driven costs, which in turn will support the affordability of higher salaried jobs in the UK and greater M&A activity. UK firms will be left with greater spending power which will ultimately allow them to invest back into themselves and their people and benefit the economy by extension.<\/p>\n

Although founder-led, Impala has launched with a robust financial foundation, signalling a serious long-term commitment to growth and client delivery. With operational scale already active across two continents, the company is projecting a doubling of UK-based headcount over the next 12 months.<\/p>\n
With demand surging across regional markets, Impala said it also plans to launch partnerships supporting young professionals from disadvantaged backgrounds \u2014 including mentorships, global internships, and UK-South Africa knowledge sharing.<\/p>\n
