Accounting firm, The Arkk Alliance, has expanded its footprint in Leamington Spa with the acquisition of DSL Accounting.<\/p>\n
The deal, the terms of which were not disclosed, brings an established local practice into the group and supports The Arkk Alliance\u2019s wider growth strategy across Warwickshire and the West Midlands.<\/p>\n
The Arkk Alliance operates from offices in Leamington Spa and Knowle (Solihull), while DSL Accounting is based in Leamington Spa.<\/p>\n
Following the acquisition, the five-strong DSL team has relocated to The Arkk Alliance\u2019s Leamington Spa office, and the business will transition to operate under The Arkk Alliance brand. Clients will continue to work with the same team, now supported by the wider resources of the group.<\/p>\n

The Arkk Alliance employs 20 people and serves around 1,250 clients. DSL Accounting employs five staff and has primarily worked with owner-managed businesses and SMEs in Leamington Spa and the surrounding area.<\/p>\n
The acquisition is intended to maintain continuity for clients while expanding the range of services available, including tax, wealth, and corporate finance solutions.<\/p>\n
