Northern Trust Land has submitted a planning application for a residential scheme on a 10.45-acre site off Chelmick Drive in Church Stretton, Shropshire.<\/p>\n
The proposal outlines up to 75 new homes, including a significant 33% affordable housing allocation, alongside plans for landscape and biodiversity improvements.<\/p>\n
If approved, the development would deliver around 25 affordable homes aimed at supporting residents, young families, and first-time buyers, helping to address housing pressures in the area.<\/p>\n
The scheme would feature a mix of two- to four-bedroom homes, with design and appearance details to be finalised at the Reserved Matters stage.<\/p>\n
The proposals have been crafted to align with the character and density of surrounding properties.<\/p>\n
