Retail and leisure hub, Touchwood, has added menswear specialist Moss to its tenant mix, strengthening the destination\u2019s fashion offering.<\/p>\n

The brand has taken 3,171 sq ft at unit 30 on a new 15-year lease, relocating from its previous Solihull store to a unit fronting High Street.<\/p>\n

The addition of Moss complements Touchwood\u2019s established line-up of national retailers, including Apple, John Lewis, Zara, Mango, Rituals, Miele, Oliver Bonas, Space NK, and Sweat Betty.<\/p>\n

Joe Swindells, asset management & development Director for Ardent, said: \u201cMoss\u2019 decision to relocate to the scheme from its existing Solihull store underlines the strength of trading at the destination. This new opening will give visitors to Touchwood even greater choice, and we look forward to more arrivals in the near future.\u201d<\/p>\n

Since acquiring Touchwood in 2021, The Ardent Companies and CBRE-managed Sovereign Centros have focused on diversifying the scheme\u2019s tenant mix, introducing new retail, dining, and leisure operators to drive footfall and strengthen the centre\u2019s position as the region\u2019s premier shopping destination.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
