West Midlands care provider Zanta Healthcare has secured more than \u00a3500,000 in commercial funding from NatWest to support the acquisition and refurbishment of three supported living properties in Birmingham.<\/p>\n

The sites are currently undergoing refurbishment and are expected to be completed later this year, expanding the organisation\u2019s supported living portfolio and increasing capacity for people with complex care needs across the region.<\/p>\n

NatWest worked with the business throughout the transaction, structuring a funding package designed to support long-term growth and provide greater cashflow flexibility as the company integrates the new properties into its operations.<\/p>\n

Martha Mhonyera, director of Zanta Healthcare, is also an alumna of the NatWest Accelerator in Birmingham, which supports founders in scaling early-stage and high-growth businesses.<\/p>\n

Mhonyera said: \u201cThis funding is a major step forward for us, allowing us to expand our supported living provision in the city at a time when demand is growing. NatWest\u2019s support has gone beyond finance, with the team working closely with us throughout the process.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hardip Virk, senior relationship manager at NatWest said: \u201cMartha has established a business with a clear commercial vision and a defined strategy for scalable growth. Our role has been to put in place a funding structure that supports that ambition, backed by proactive relationship management.
