Coventry-based Flowmax Group has seen its revenue grow by 50% over the past five years, including an 18% increase in the most recent financial year.<\/p>\n
The company attributes this growth to its expansion into green energy and water, as well as its broader international reach.<\/p>\n
Flowmax focuses on supporting founder-led fluid technology businesses by providing capital and operational guidance across marketing, HR, finance, and M&A, while allowing owners to maintain day-to-day control.<\/p>\n
In 2025, the group expanded its green energy operations with the acquisition of Helec Ltd through its Essco Group business. Helec specialises in Combined Heat and Power (CHP) systems, district heating projects, packaged plant rooms, and related service contracts.<\/p>\n
The group has also strengthened its water sector offering via B&D Plastics, which recently marked its first year within Flowmax. The Colchester- and Aldridge-based firm provides plastic pressure pipework systems for water treatment and chemical processing.<\/p>\n
Flowmax has further extended its international footprint with a regional distribution hub in the Middle East, creating a platform to support overseas customers.<\/p>\n
