Plans have been submitted for a speculative development of smaller industrial units on a 3.46-acre plot at Worcester Six Business Park, overseen by Wychavon District Council\u2019s planning committee.<\/p>\n
Called North Point, the project will provide up to five units ranging from 5,532 sq ft to 34,401 sq ft, with options to combine units to suit occupiers\u2019 operational needs. Units will be available for sale or to let.<\/p>\n
The development is intended to complement Worcester Six\u2019s existing large-format facilities, broadening the park\u2019s appeal to manufacturing businesses, light industrial operators, and SMEs.<\/p>\n
Its strategic location adjacent to Junction 6 of the M5 provides easy access for national and international operators already based at the park, including MiTek, Bidfood, Alliance Flooring Distribution, Material Solutions, Kimal, Spire Healthcare, IONOS, Kohler Mira, Zwick Roell, Super Smart Service, Stop Start Transport, and Sierra CP Engineering.<\/p>\n
