A supplier to the UK live events market has completed a series of acquisitions designed to strengthen its service offering and bring several related businesses under a single group structure.<\/p>\n
The deals see four businesses operating under the \u201cCreative Live\u201d banner – Creative Hire, Creative Hub, Be Creative Modular and Creative Event Spaces – brought together under a newly formed holding company, WASS Holdings.<\/p>\n
Creative Live has also completed two further acquisitions, adding graphic design specialist Space Studio Graphic and event planning and build firm Event Specialists to the business.<\/p>\n
The additions expand Creative Live\u2019s offering across the events supply chain, adding design, production and event management capabilities to its existing services in exhibition stand design, installations, activations and equipment hire.<\/p>\n
Creative Live operates from bases in Coventry and London and holds more than 240,000 items of equipment across around 150,000 sq ft of storage space. Its client base includes venues, exhibitions, museums, festivals and corporate events, with projects including work at the NEC and technology trade show Plasa at Olympia.<\/p>\n
The business has also begun expanding its services internationally, with activity now taking place in France and Germany.<\/p>\n
The transactions were supported by legal advisers Wilkes.<\/p>\n
