Erdgard Development, working with the Richardson family business, has submitted plans for a new industrial and logistics scheme in Wolverhampton.<\/p>\n
The \u00a336m project at Pendeford Business Park will be called Pulse and is set to deliver three units across a 10-acre site, ranging from 21,000 sq ft to 80,000 sq ft.<\/p>\n
The proposals aim for BREEAM Excellent certification and, if approved, the units are expected to be ready for occupation by Q3 2027.<\/p>\n
Allan Wilson, director at Erdgard said: \u201cWe are excited by the prospect of bringing this redundant site back into beneficial use. If approved, the application will enable the development of three high-quality industrial and logistics units in an outstanding working environment.\u201d<\/p>\n
Joint leasing agents Savills and CBRE have been appointed to manage the marketing and letting of the new units.<\/p>\n
