A Birmingham city centre office scheme has reached full occupancy following the latest letting to law firm Devonshires.<\/p>\n
The deal sees the firm take space at Northspring | Temple Street as part of its continued regional growth, having established a presence in the city in 2022. Devonshires specialises in the living, construction, housing and public sectors.<\/p>\n
The agreement brings the building to full occupancy.<\/p>\n

Northspring, which operates sites in Birmingham, Leeds and Manchester, has seen a mix of professional services occupiers take space at the scheme.<\/p>\n
