Over the decades, Adams has built a reputation for implementing strategic change, operational improvements and delivering efficiencies in production, automotive, engineering, scientific manufacturing, construction and education processes.<\/p>\n
Recently, as contract managing director at Qualplast (1991), he led the turnaround of a loss-making manufacturer by modernising operations, optimising the site and introducing new working practices to support future growth.<\/p>\n
From 2012 to 2025, Adams owned and led Birmingham Case Makers, turning substantial losses into sustained profitability through improved manufacturing processes, efficient techniques and product diversification, before successfully selling the business.<\/p>\n
He has also managed major business and workforce development programmes for SMEs and global clients, handling multi-year contracts worth up to \u00a3270m, including government-funded projects with full UK and EU regulatory compliance.<\/p>\n
