SafeSite Facilities has agreed a lease on a warehouse unit at Stafford Court in Wolverhampton, expanding its operational footprint in the region.<\/p>\n
The business has taken Unit 18 on Stafford Road, a 5,200 sq ft property comprising warehouse space alongside office accommodation, kitchen and welfare facilities, with on-site parking.<\/p>\n
The site will be used as a distribution yard to support the company\u2019s range of services, which include traffic management systems, barriers, fencing and security equipment.<\/p>\n
The letting was completed by Towler Shaw Roberts, which is marketing space at the wider Stafford Court estate.<\/p>\n
Martin Zaki, who handled the deal, said: \u201cThe Stafford Court units, situated in a well-established commercial area of Wolverhampton, continue to generate plenty of interest whenever they become available.<\/p>\n
