Fairground Way Business Centre comprises more than 26,000 sq ft of fully occupied commercial space across 29 units.<\/p>\n
The estate, originally developed in the 1980s on a former fairground site, has historically catered to start-ups and small businesses through flexible lease arrangements.<\/p>\n
The seller, which acquired the site in 2002, has undertaken a programme of investment over the past two decades, including extensions and upgrades to provide additional office and warehouse space.<\/p>\n
Its disposal forms part of a broader strategy to reallocate capital into larger-scale opportunities across the Midlands.<\/p>\n
The transaction represents a repeat deal between the two parties, following a previous sale in Brownhills in 2022.<\/p>\n
