A refurbished office building in Birmingham is approaching full occupancy less than a year after being acquired and upgraded.<\/p>\n
126 Colmore Row, located in the city\u2019s Central Business District, comprises nine office suites ranging from 400 sq ft to 4,000 sq ft across four floors. Following the refurbishment, only three suites remain available for lease.<\/p>\n
The building\u2019s new owner, EDG Property, has invested in fully fitted office spaces. The latest tenant to move in is RP Capital, founded by Midlands-based property professionals Simon Robinson and Julie Perks.<\/p>\n
The pair, who have over 50 years of combined experience in the commercial property sector, have taken a 700 sq ft suite on the first floor.<\/p>\n
Previous new tenants include mechanical, electrical and environmental design firm MEP Design and commercial fit-out company Intex Projects, joining established occupants such as Jamaya Restaurants, the Frankfurt Christmas Market and Jeremy Gardner Associates.<\/p>\n
