An industrial investment company has expanded further into the West Midlands with the \u00a33.4m acquisition of a multi-let estate in Halesowen.<\/p>\n
The purchase covers Units 1-6 Chancel Way, a purpose-built industrial terrace in the established Mucklow Hill employment area.<\/p>\n
Extending to around 44,000 sq ft, the scheme is fully let to three manufacturing businesses across six units. Two of the units also include secure yard space.<\/p>\n
The site was acquired in an off-market transaction from a private family-owned property business. The buyer was advised by FHP, with legal support provided by Hill Dickinson.<\/p>\n
The deal adds to an existing portfolio concentrated in Staffordshire and Cheshire as it seeks to grow further across the Midlands and North West.<\/p>\n
