Percival has held leadership roles at two significant broker businesses, which were later acquired, giving him first-hand experience of transactions from both sides.<\/p>\n
This perspective allows him to understand what acquirers are looking for, while also recognising the priorities and concerns of business owners.<\/p>\n
This insight will shape how he engages with owners in the Midlands and South West who are considering their options, and will reassure those businesses joining the Group that there is a deep level of experience within the senior management team at a regional level.<\/p>\n

Harris Lamb has strengthened its commercial and industrial agency department with the appointment of Lauren Allcoat-Hatton, who joins the business as a director.<\/p>\n

Lauren Allcoat-Hatton<\/p><\/div>\n
Allcoat-Hatton, who has 18 years of experience within the property sector, specialising in the lettings, sales, and acquisitions of industrial and logistics land and buildings across the Midlands, will head up the business\u2019s Worcester office Agency team.<\/p>\n
Allcoat-Hatton\u2019s property career began working within the residential lettings field in 2007, before she made the transition to commercial property in 2015, specialising in industrial assets.<\/p>\n
Further to achieving AssocRICS status in 2017, she progressed from surveyor to senior associate with Fisher German LLP, prior to being made an associate partner last year.<\/p>\n
Her experience within the sector has given her an extensive insight into both the supply and demand for industrial and logistics properties throughout Worcestershire and along the M5 corridor.<\/p>\n
