Full-service agency De Bono Marketing Communications has unveiled a new Midlands office as the business enters its next phase of growth.<\/p>\n
The company, which celebrates its 10th anniversary this year, has moved into Old Berrow Manor in Ullenhall and completed a refurbishment of the property.<\/p>\n
Founded in 2016, the business has operated primarily through a remote model, supported by a network of more than 200 freelance marketing and creative professionals across the UK and Europe.<\/p>\n
Its client base includes organisations such as Automate UK, The PPMA Show, Schubert UK and Ishida.<\/p>\n
Director Bianca De Bono said the new office had been driven by increasing demand, a larger client portfolio and the need for more in-person collaboration and dedicated client meeting space.<\/p>\n
She said: \u201cSince being established in 2016, we have operated as a successful remote model enjoying year-on-year growth as our client portfolio develops. With a wide international freelance network of over 200 marketing and creative professionals across all disciplines, we pride ourselves on tailoring the right skillsets and passions to each client, resulting in bespoke solutions and award-winning campaigns and events.<\/p>\n
\u201cOur remote approach has been a genuine competitive advantage, allowing us to attract talent without geographic constraint and respond quickly to clients\u2019 needs. The model has proven extremely effective, delivering exceptional outcomes for clients while posting consistent growth year after year.\u201d<\/p>\n
The agency is sharing the site with partner business Origin Growth.<\/p>\n
