Resorts World Birmingham has signed a new food and beverage partnership with Birmingham restaurant group The Indian Streatery, which is set to open a flagship venue at the destination next year.<\/p>\n
The new restaurant will open on the lower ground floor of the complex in spring 2026, between Pizza Express and Nando\u2019s, becoming the only Indian food operator on site.<\/p>\n
The launch marks the third permanent location for the family-run business, following eight years trading on Bennett\u2019s Hill in Birmingham city centre and a separate site at the Bullring.<\/p>\n
Founded in 2012 by Meena Sharma, The Indian Streatery began as a market stall concept after identifying a lack of South Asian food offerings at local food markets.<\/p>\n
The business has since grown into an established regional brand known for combining traditional Indian dishes with a street-food-inspired format.<\/p>\n
The company said the new opening will continue its community-focused approach, including its female-only kitchen model, which provides employment opportunities for South Asian women across the city.<\/p>\n
