Recycling business Total Metal Recovery has expanded through the acquisition of neighbouring skip hire company A-Z Skips.<\/p>\n
The Bromsgrove-based family firm completed the purchase using funding from ART Business Loans and BCRS Business Loans, with the transaction retaining seven jobs and creating an additional driver role.<\/p>\n
The two businesses are both based on Hanbury Road in Stoke Prior, with the deal enabling Total Metal Recovery to widen its waste management offering.<\/p>\n
Total Metal Recovery specialises in the collection, processing and recycling of scrap metals, while A-Z Skips provides skip hire, waste sorting, confidential waste destruction and aggregate sales.<\/p>\n
Following the acquisition, the combined businesses now employ 17 people.<\/p>\n
