signed off for 35-home affordable scheme"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Living Space has secured full planning approval for a 35-home affordable housing scheme in Tibberton, Worcestershire.<\/p>\n<p>The consent follows completion of a Section 106 agreement with Wychavon District Council, clearing the way for the next stage of delivery.<\/p>\n<p>The development will provide a mix of social rent and shared ownership homes, aimed at helping meet local housing demand.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the agreement, a package of developer contributions has been secured to support local services and infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>This includes \u00a321,043 for biodiversity net gain monitoring and \u00a324,000 for the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Integrated Care Board to help support healthcare provision linked to population growth.<\/p>\n<p>Further education-related contributions include \u00a329,665.41 for high school transport provision and \u00a333,903.33 for middle school transport provision.<\/p>\n<p>Living Space said the project will also deliver on environmental targets, with an on-site biodiversity net gain of 26.47%, above current national requirements.<\/p>\n<p>With planning now fully in place, the company said it will progress the appointment of an affordable housing partner and prepare the scheme for construction.<\/p>\n<p>The development adds to Worcestershire\u2019s pipeline of affordable housing projects and forms part of wider efforts to deliver sustainable rural communities supported by infrastructure and environmental
