Rosemary Lodge Care Home, a boutique-style facility with 28 en-suite bedrooms and landscaped gardens, is located on Walsall Road within walking distance of Lichfield city centre.<\/p>\n
The home has been carefully developed over many years to provide high-quality residential care in a homely setting.<\/p>\n
The sale was prompted by the retirement plans of long-standing owner Susan Angenent, who has led the home for almost 36 years after opening it in 1990.<\/p>\n
Following a confidential marketing process led by specialist business property adviser Christie & Co, the business has been acquired by an established care operator already running homes across the West Midlands and the South.<\/p>\n
