Independent law firm Harrison Drury has strengthened its Stoke-on-Trent presence with two senior appointments and a move into larger office space.

Katie Pinnell has joined as a partner in the residential property team, while Rebecca Parry joins as a senior associate solicitor within the commercial property team.

Both appointments are set to broaden the firm’s legal offering to businesses, landowners and residential clients across the region.

The firm opened its Stoke office at Smithfield Works in Hanley in November 2025 and, following team growth, has already relocated to a larger unit within the same development.

Pinnell joins from O’Neill Patient, where she was head of conveyancing, bringing more than 20 years’ experience across leasehold, new build and freehold matters. In her new role, she will lead Harrison Drury’s residential property work in the region.

Parry joins from Talbots Law, where she was regional head of commercial property. She has over a decade of experience and will focus on development work, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and secured lending.

Hayley Goodwin, partner and head of Harrison Drury’s Stoke office said: “Since opening our Stoke office, we’ve had a really positive period of growth and welcomed some exciting new additions to the team across a range of legal services. Our fast-expanding team has meant we’ve had to move to a new office in Smithfield Works within six months.

“Rebecca and Katie will add further depth to both our commercial and residential property offering, enabling clients to access high-quality specialist advice. Their arrival is another display of our ambition to grow the Stoke office and our commitment to the local business and professional community.”

Pinnell said: “Harrison Drury’s reputation for client service and its willingness to embrace technology really stood out to me. I’m excited to be based in Stoke and to help grow a residential property team that delivers responsive, high-quality support for clients across the region.”

The Stoke office provides access to the firm’s wider services, including corporate and commercial law, employment law, private client services and family law.
