Winner Recruitment has reported a rise in both turnover and profit for the year ended 30 September 2025.<\/p>\n
Revenue at the Sutton Coldfield firm increased to \u00a355.5m, up from \u00a338.5m the previous year, as the Birmingham-based recruitment firm expanded its client base.<\/p>\n
Pre-tax profit rose to \u00a3728,000 from \u00a3517,000, according to the latest accounts filed by the business, which operates across industrial and commercial recruitment markets.<\/p>\n
The company said growth was driven by increased demand from existing clients alongside the addition of new customers, despite continued competitive pressure across the recruitment sector.<\/p>\n
Gross margin reduced to 10.25% from 13.56%, reflecting tighter pricing conditions in the market, although this was described as in line with expectations.<\/p>\n
The firm, which was incorporated in 2010, continues to operate with a focus on maintaining key client relationships while managing cost efficiency in a challenging trading environment.<\/p>\n
However, the company said its expanding customer base and active risk management measures, including credit insurance and debtor monitoring, leave it well-positioned for the year ahead.<\/p>\n
