The business is structured across two core areas: new homes and residential sales, and land and development.<\/p>\n<p>The firm aims to provide end-to-end support across the lifecycle of residential schemes, from strategic land and planning through to sales delivery, including part-exchange services for developers.<\/p>\n<p>Launching with an established client base built on long-standing relationships, the business is targeting growth at a time when developers and landowners are navigating complex planning processes and shifting market conditions.<\/p>\n<p>Jonny Wish, co-founder of Priestley Wish said: \u201cDevelopers and landowners need advisors who are fully immersed in this sector.
