It increases Hortons\u2019 industrial holdings to more than 5.5 million sq ft.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"676\" data-end=\"852\">It follows a recent off-market purchase by Hortons of a 157,458 sq ft warehouse in Skelmersdale, let to <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Hotter Shoes Limited<\/span><\/span> on a long-term lease.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"854\" data-end=\"1176\">Steve Tommy, head of property at Hortons said: \u201cThis acquisition reflects our continued focus on high-quality industrial assets. The completion of new leases underlines Staircraft\u2019s commitment to the estate, and its established position in the housebuilding supply chain supports the long-term strength of the investment.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1178\" data-end=\"1317\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Atlas Real Estate<\/span><\/span> advised Hortons on the transaction, while <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer
