WB Property Group has been appointed to deliver a \u00a318.6m affordable housing scheme in Rubery, marking the largest contract in the company\u2019s history.<\/p>\n
The project, being delivered in partnership with Midland Heart, will see 70 homes built on a 5.6-acre site off Boleyn Road, including 58 houses and 12 apartments.<\/p>\n
It will also incorporate public open space, a children\u2019s play area, landscaping and supporting infrastructure.<\/p>\n
The contract was secured following a competitive tender process run by Birmingham City Council, with multiple bidders vying for the site.<\/p>\n
Full planning consent is already in place, with construction expected to begin in the coming weeks.<\/p>\n
The deal follows a series of recent project wins for WB Property Group, including a \u00a313.1m affordable housing development in Edgbaston, and further strengthens its working relationship with Midland Heart, which manages around 35,000 homes across the Midlands.<\/p>\n

The Rubery scheme builds on a recently completed development of 14 apartments delivered by WB Property Group in Birmingham, also for Midland Heart.<\/p>\n
