Commercial developer and investor Barberry Industrial has secured international occupier Widem Logistics on a 15-year lease at its newly completed \u00a320m logistics development in Warwick.<\/p>\n
The logistics operator has agreed a 15-year commitment on the newly completed 92,246 sq ft Grade A facility, known as Barberry Midbox 92.<\/p>\n
Situated at Junction 15 of the M40 motorway, the \u00a320m development has been designed to deliver strong environmental performance, targeting EPC A and BREEAM Outstanding accreditation.<\/p>\n
The scheme incorporates a range of sustainability and employee wellbeing features, including EV charging infrastructure, rooftop solar PV, landscaped green space, upgraded welfare amenities and outdoor recreational facilities.<\/p>\n

The agreement marks a further expansion of Widem Logistics\u2019 UK footprint as the company continues to scale operations across Europe.<\/p>\n
