A specialist menopause and women’s health clinic has entered a new phase of growth following its relocation to a premium rural workspace in south Warwickshire.

Time to Pause, founded in 2023 by GP and British Menopause Society member Dr Rebecca Jacques, has moved into Stockton House, a workspace owned by The Wigley Group.

The relocation follows a period of growth that saw the clinic outgrow its previous premises near Balsall Common, alongside a strategic decision to operate from an environment more closely aligned with its patient-centred approach.

The clinic provides extended consultations of up to 45 minutes—significantly longer than standard GP appointments—enabling more in-depth, tailored support for women managing menopause symptoms and broader health concerns.

Dr Jacques established the business after identifying a regional gap in access to specialist, supportive menopause care.

She said: “I could see there was a real need for a more thoughtful and comprehensive service for women’s health locally, particularly around the menopause, where patients often feel unheard or rushed. This move feels like a fresh start for the clinic. Stockton House has such a calm and welcoming atmosphere, and that really matters when many of the women coming to see us may already be feeling anxious.

“The building itself is beautiful and the interior is incredibly inviting. It creates a brilliant first impression, which helps patients feel more relaxed from the moment they arrive.”

Situated on the edge of Stockton, the new location offers a balance of rural tranquillity and strong regional accessibility, supporting patients from across south Warwickshire and neighbouring west Northamptonshire.

Dr Jacques is now focused on scaling the clinic’s services and broadening access to specialist women’s health provision from its new base.

Dr Jacques added: “The location struck the perfect balance for us. It feels peaceful and removed, but it’s still easy for patients to reach. The team here have also been fantastic in helping us get set up. They worked closely with us to make sure the clinic met all the necessary medical standards, and the whole process of settling in has been very smooth. I’m hopeful this move will give more women the confidence to come forward and seek the support they need.”

Claire Lynch, board director at The Wigley Group said: “We’re delighted to welcome Time to Pause to Stockton House and to support such an important service for the local community. It’s clear that creating the right environment is central to the experience Dr Jacques wants to offer her patients, and we’re proud to have worked alongside her to make that vision a reality.

“Our tenants really enjoy working here because of the superb environment Stockton House offers, both for their staff and for their clients and customers.”
