Flint Bishop has reported a record year of growth, surpassing \u00a340m in annual revenue for the first time.<\/p>\n
For the year ending 30 April 2026, the firm posted revenue of \u00a343m, up from \u00a331.7m the previous year and \u00a320.7m in 2024.<\/p>\n
The performance means the business has more than doubled in size over two years while remaining debt-free. Headcount also increased to a record 452 employees, with 127 new hires over the past year.<\/p>\n
The firm described the period as a \u201cstep change\u201d, driven by coordinated expansion across offices, practice areas and central functions, supported by a strategy combining acquisitions, lateral hires and sustained investment.<\/p>\n
A key milestone in the year was its expansion into the North of England following the integration of Lupton Fawcett, adding offices in Leeds, Sheffield and York and strengthening both its business and private client offerings.<\/p>\n
Alongside revenue growth, Flint Bishop continued to invest in infrastructure and technology, including IT systems, AI and digital capability, as part of its long-term scaling strategy.<\/p>\n
People development also remained central, with record promotions and training contracts awarded, alongside the largest intake into its internal Flint Bishop Law Academy programme, designed to develop future legal talent.<\/p>\n
Chief Executive Qamer Ghafoor said: \u201cThis has been a defining year for Flint Bishop. Breaking through the \u00a340m mark is a major milestone, but what matters most is the strength, depth, and ambition of our people, who have made this growth possible.<\/p>\n
“Our continued expansion is a deliberate and structured strategy. Scaling the business and expertise will ensure we have the capability and capacity to meet rising client demand, while strengthening our position as a resilient, full service, technology-enabled national platform to deliver sustainable long-term growth.\u201d<\/p>\n
The firm is now targeting revenues of more than \u00a350m in FY27.<\/p>\n
Ghafoor added: \u201cWe enter the new financial year from a position of strength, with a clear focus on building out our key support functions, including IT, finance, HR, operations, recruitment, and compliance, alongside increased investment in marketing and business development.<\/p>\n
