Gymshark has extended its growth streak, posting a 13th consecutive year of rising sales.<\/p>\n
Revenue reached a record \u00a3646m in FY25, up from \u00a3607.3m the year before.<\/p>\n
However, profits came under pressure as the business continued to invest heavily in international expansion and brand development. Pre-tax profit fell to \u00a37m from \u00a311.9m, despite underlying operational strength.<\/p>\n
The company\u2019s EBITDA rose into double digits to \u00a353.3m, with margins holding at 62.3%, suggesting core performance remains resilient even as investment intensifies.<\/p>\n
Cash reserves stood at more than \u00a337m at year-end, giving the business continued flexibility to fund growth initiatives.<\/p>\n
Founder and chief executive Ben Francis said the strategy remains focused on long-term infrastructure rather than short-term returns, with investment designed to support future scaling.<\/p>\n
He also referenced an \u201cextra, secret project\u201d set to be announced in the coming months, hinting at further strategic development beyond current expansion plans.<\/p>\n
Gymshark has been steadily increasing its physical footprint, opening stores in Manchester, Amsterdam, Long Island, New York and Dubai.<\/p>\n
More recently, it has entered Germany through permanent retail spaces with partners Breuninger and Engelhorn in Mannheim and Stuttgart, marking a key move into one of Europe\u2019s largest sportswear markets.<\/p>\n
Alongside retail expansion, the brand has continued to invest in community-led engagement, including free fitness events aimed at strengthening loyalty and deepening consumer connection beyond direct sales.<\/p>\n
While FY26 guidance has not been issued, Francis said the impact of recent investment is \u201cstarting to come through\u201d, suggesting the business is entering a phase where earlier spending is beginning to translate into measurable returns.<\/p>\n
