Arrow Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of a major logistics facility near Wolverhampton.<\/p>\n
The property has been purchased for its Strategic Industrial Real Estate (SIRE) joint venture with Cerberus Capital Management.<\/p>\n
Known as Willenhall 300, the asset comprises a total of 304,000 sq ft of logistics accommodation across two units on a secure, large-scale site with extensive yard space. <\/p>\n
It includes a high-bay warehouse completed in 2022 with a 17m clear internal height, alongside an established warehouse dating from the 1990s with an 8m clear height.<\/p>\n
The property was acquired off-market from Nationworld and is fully let to BJS Distribution Storage and Couriers, a Midlands-based logistics and courier business.<\/p>\n
