Birmingham-based M3.agency has achieved B Corp certification following an 18-month assessment process.<\/p>\n
The certification follows a year in which the agency created 20 new roles, reflecting ongoing growth across its integrated marketing, media and communications operations.<\/p>\n
M3.agency now employs a 10-strong internal team working through the certification framework, which assesses social and environmental performance, transparency, accountability and people development.<\/p>\n
The move is intended to support the company\u2019s longer-term expansion strategy across its regional offices in Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Telford and Manchester, as it continues to scale operations and widen its client base.<\/p>\n
Alongside its certification process, M3.agency recently hosted a Business Leadership Summit in Birmingham, bringing together more than 100 business leaders at Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery in collaboration with UK Athletics.<\/p>\n
The event focused on regional business collaboration and raising the profile of Birmingham\u2019s wider business community.<\/p>\n
Jonathan Jesson, growth director at M3.agency said: \u201cImportantly, the road to B Corp certification has been a people-led journey. The process was driven by our team – shaped by their ideas, their input, and their commitment to building a better business. It\u2019s something that belongs to everyone at M3, not just a leadership goal or a strategic milestone.<\/p>\n

The agency currently manages more than \u00a350m in media billings annually and says the certification will help formalise its approach to responsible growth and workforce development as it continues to scale.<\/p>\n
