We are not just opening another gym; we are bringing one of the best gym experiences in the country with unbeatable value, and we firmly believe JD Gyms will become the go-to destination for Telford and the wider communities of Shropshire.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The facility will feature a mix of strength, cardio and functional training zones, alongside recovery amenities including saunas and modern changing facilities.<\/p>\n<p>Equipment will include free weights and plate-loaded stations, a functional training rig supplied by Eleiko, dedicated lifting platforms, and a range of cardio machines from leading fitness brands.<\/p>\n<p>The site is intended to cater for all levels of gym users, from beginners to experienced lifters, with a focus on scalable training environments and
