Flooring distributor, Likewise Group, has reported continued growth momentum alongside further progress in its infrastructure-led investment programme as it works towards a \u00a3250m sales capacity target.<\/p>\n
For the year to 31 May 2026, the Group reported like-for-like revenue growth of 16.5%, with May sales increasing 19.1% year-on-year.<\/p>\n
This performance is being supported by a significant expansion of operational and logistics capability.<\/p>\n
The Group\u2019s second distribution hub in Leeds is now operational, improving the efficiency of palletised supply chain management. The Newport extension is scheduled to begin operations in July, adding further storage and cutting capacity, while Valley has increased cutting capacity in Derby to support additional demand.<\/p>\n
Alongside this, Likewise is advancing its national property and infrastructure strategy. The Group has completed the acquisition of a freehold site in Leeds, and legal due diligence is ongoing for a 60,000 square foot high-bay distribution hub in the East Midlands, which would further strengthen its UK distribution footprint.<\/p>\n
Fleet expansion also remains ongoing, with the group operating more than 160 delivery trucks during 2026 to support increasing volumes and ensure service reliability across its network.<\/p>\n
Management noted that the combination of infrastructure already in place, alongside the current investment programme due for completion by the end of 2026, provides the capacity to materially exceed \u00a3250m in sales revenue.<\/p>\n
