A commercial maintenance business has increased its workforce from 45 to 250 employees and more than doubled turnover after securing a series of growth loans from ART Business Loans.<\/p>\n
M & BG, which provides grounds maintenance, commercial cleaning and site repair services, has seen annual revenue rise from \u00a33m to \u00a38m since first accessing funding from the Birmingham lender in 2017.<\/p>\n
The company has recently taken out its third loan with ART Business Loans, having previously used funding to support an acquisition and invest in equipment as part of its expansion strategy.<\/p>\n
Headquartered in West Heath, M & BG now operates from offices in Birmingham, Loughborough and Bristol, serving a mix of public and private sector clients. Its customer base includes police forces, fire and rescue services, schools, NHS organisations and housing associations.<\/p>\n
Among its clients are West Mercia Police, Warwickshire Police, Bournville Village Trust, Pioneer Group and Avon Fire and Rescue Service.<\/p>\n
