specialist Ardent has appointed Claire Widd as head of marketing communications, based in its Birmingham office, marking the company&#8217;s first senior marketing leadership hire.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\"><a href=\"https:\/\/uk.linkedin.com\/in\/clairewidd\">Widd<\/a> joins with almost 20 years&#8217; experience in marketing, communications and brand strategy across regulated and professional services environments, most recently as director of marketing and communications at the UK Accreditation Service.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\">The newly created role comes shortly after Ardent achieved B Corp certification, and reflects the company&#8217;s continued growth across infrastructure, transport, energy and development.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\">Widd said she was drawn to Ardent&#8217;s combination of ambition, expertise and purpose, and the opportunity to help tell the story of projects that shape communities and infrastructure for generations to come.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\">Jon Stott, group managing director at Ardent, said Widd&#8217;s appointment marked an important milestone as <a
