Inco Contracts has opened a new office on the outskirts of Glasgow.<\/p>\n
The West Midlands-headquartered refurbishment and fit-out specialist has taken space at New Alderston House on Strathclyde Business Park, providing a permanent base from which to support clients and projects across north of the border.<\/p>\n
The move follows the recent completion of a heritage refurbishment at 95 Bothwell Street in Glasgow city centre – a building featured in Spider-Man and Indiana Jones films. Alongside this project, Inco has also recently secured a new industrial refurbishment instruction in Blantyre.<\/p>\n
\u201cScotland has a fantastic business community and we\u2019re really excited to be establishing a permanent base here,\u201d explained operations director Matthew Penswick.<\/p>\n
\u201cHaving a team on the ground will allow us to develop closer relationships with clients, work with more Scottish building consultancies and become a genuine part of the local supply chain.\u201d<\/p>\n
Heading up the Scottish office is Gerry Meade, who brings more than 25 years of experience delivering refurbishment and fit-out projects across the UK, Europe and the Middle East.<\/p>\n
