Staffordshire-headquartered affordable housing developer Morro Partnerships has reported a 28% rise in turnover to \u00a3127.7m for its 2025\/26 financial year.<\/p>\n

The business<\/a>, formerly known as Jessup Partnerships, said pre-tax profit had also risen substantially, though it did not disclose the figure. Turnover was up from \u00a399.5m the previous year.<\/p>\n

Morro, which works with local and combined authorities, Homes England, housing associations and private investors, has grown to 150 staff and has a development pipeline worth more than \u00a3500m. It is working towards delivering 2,500 homes across the East and West Midlands.<\/p>\n

Its projects include Yardley Brook in Birmingham, a 298-home affordable housing scheme on the site of a former sewage works. The first homes are due to be handed over by the end of the year, with the scheme set to complete in 2030.<\/p>\n

Chief executive Matt Moore said: \u201cThe past financial year at Morro and the success we have achieved has shown our strength of working in collaboration with local authorities, combined authorities, Homes England, registered providers and private investors. Through these key partnerships, both new and existing, we continue to prioritise regeneration and affordable living.<\/p>\n

\u201cIntrinsic to the growth has been our commitment and drive to innovate in everything we do, demonstrated by our own timber frame facility, the Innovation Hub.\u201d<\/p>\n
