Rachel Kerr has more than 16 years of experience advising UK investors and developers across a broad range of sectors and assets, including industrial and logistics, retail, offices, BTR, hotels and portfolio acquisitions.<\/p>\n
James Eddowes acts for UK and US institutional and private equity investors and developers on real estate acquisitions, disposals, financings and development projects. He has particular experience advising in respect of large scale real estate portfolios across a range of sectors including industrial, offices, student accommodation, hotels and later living.<\/p>\n

Stoke-on-Trent creative and digital agency Harrison Carloss has welcomed three new starters to its team. The appointments add specialist search expertise, senior design experience and commercial client management to the agency as it continues to grow.<\/p>\n
Matt Dias joins as SEO & PPC Specialist, Matthew Forrester as creative designer and Ellie Moston as account manager. Between them they bring a broad mix of agency, in-house and sector experience, along with fresh thinking for the clients Harrison Carloss works with.<\/p>\n
Dias started his digital marketing career at university, where he earned an MSc in Digital Marketing Management. Having spent 3 years at digital agency Vista Design, he gained hands-on experience across the full digital marketing mix, working with clients from a wide range of industries.<\/p>\n

After spending the last 14 years at fellow Stoke-on-Trent-based creative agency Lawrence Davis, Matthew Forrester has made the jump to Harrison Carloss, bringing with him over a decade of industry experience across a wide range of national brands, sectors and creative projects.<\/p>\n
His keen eye for design and creativity is a huge boost to the already dazzling talent in the Harrison Carloss design team. Matthew\u2019s experience will be key to help turn ideas into visual solutions across branding, print and digital.<\/p>\n

\nEllie began her marketing career at Aspire Housing, where she spent two years before moving to Glitterbels. Over four years there, she worked her way up to Commercial Marketing Manager and was a vital part of introducing new customers to the business.<\/p>\n
At Harrison Carloss, Moston will bring a strategic, commercially minded approach to managing clients and take the lead on shaping long-term partnerships that deliver real value. Drawing on her experience leading marketing at a senior level in-house, she understands the pressures clients face and what success looks like from their side of the table. Her background in housing also gives her valuable insight into the challenges facing the agency\u2019s housing association clients.<\/p>\n

Audit, accountancy, tax and advisory firm Bishop Fleming has appointed Paul Kurowski as audit partner in its Birmingham office, as the firm continues to expand its presence in the West Midlands.<\/p>\n
Kurowski joins Bishop Fleming from Forvis Mazars, where he has spent more than three years as an Audit Director. In his new role, he will focus on growing Bishop Fleming\u2019s audit offering in Birmingham, supporting the firm\u2019s expanding client base and building relationships with businesses and intermediaries across the region. His appointment will also support the firm\u2019s ambitions to grow its presence among owner-managed and mid-market businesses in Birmingham and the West Midlands.<\/p>\n
Kurowski began his career in industry, spending nine years working across manufacturing, franchising and distribution before moving into practice in 2006. Since then, he has held senior roles across a range of accountancy firms, working predominantly in the West Midlands, and brings an established network across the region. His appointment comes as Bishop Fleming continues to invest significantly in Birmingham.<\/p>\n
Since opening its office in the city in January 2025, the team has grown to nearly 40 people and with the addition of Paul, 10 Partners with three of them now dedicated to the Audit service line, with further recruitment and graduate development planned as the firm builds its presence in the market.<\/p>\n
