Worcestershire-based Fernhill Packaging has agreed a decade-long lease on 12,832 sq ft of industrial accommodation at Grosvenor Business Park in Evesham.<\/p>\n
The company has taken Units 1 and 2 at the Enterprise Way site, following a refurbishment of the detached warehouse, which is owned by Lane Cove Properties Ltd.<\/p>\n
The letting was negotiated by commercial property agents Harris Lamb, who acted on behalf of the landlord.<\/p>\n
Fernhill Packaging supplies food-grade packaging products to a variety of sectors, including rPET bottles for the drinks industry and pill containers for supplement manufacturers. It also provides bespoke product design and manufacturing services, with the latest move providing additional regional capacity to accommodate its expansion.<\/p>\n
The refurbished premises offer 7.6m eaves height, two electrically operated roller shutter doors and LED lighting. Internal accommodation includes two-storey offices, reception space, WC and kitchen facilities, alongside an extensive external yard and parking for 24 vehicles.<\/p>\n
