That home will offer residential, nursing and dementia care.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Founded in 2004 by Dr Naz Nathani, the group operates 20 care homes, mainly across the Midlands and Central England. It expects to end the year with 22.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The group is focusing on building clusters of homes in urban areas across the country. It says this allows it to share expertise, develop its people and maintain consistent standards of care.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The deal builds on a long-standing relationship with OakNorth. The lender has previously provided financing for several of Macc Care Group\u2019s existing homes and development projects.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Dr Nathani, chief executive of Macc Care Group, said: \u201cAs demand for modern residential, nursing and dementia care continues to grow, we\u2019re focused on expanding our portfolio in locations where we can make a meaningful difference to residents and their families.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201cThis latest funding package represents another important step in our growth journey, particularly as we look to bring forward our new development in Sandy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Dale Cowdell, director of debt finance at <a href=\"https:\/\/oaknorth.co.uk\/\">OakNorth<\/a>, said: \u201cBy combining refinancing and development finance within a bespoke funding package, we\u2019re helping the group strengthen its existing portfolio while unlocking opportunities for further expansion.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201cThe planned development in Sandy
