Another new face joins the team at Tenet Law

Mohammed Moeini joins Tenet Compliance & Litigation as solicitor.

“Tenet values quality of work ahead of everything except team wellbeing,” says Mohammed. “It’s a completely different working culture to any other law firm I’ve ever experienced.”

Mohammed joined and qualified as a lawyer at Pinsent Masons between 1999 and 2011 before joining DBS Law in 2011 to establish its commercial litigation practice which gained Legal 500 ranking.

“I then moved in-house to the National House Building Council,” says Mohammed. “I thought I’d finished with private practice principally due to cultural focus on meeting hourly and billable targets. But meeting Arun (founder of Tenet Compliance & Litigation) and feeling so aligned with him both professionally and regards our values, I realised, Tenet doesn’t operate as traditional private practices do.

The core focus of Tenet and its team is to help people to reduce their risk of fraud.

“Our focus is firmly on client service. Our service rivals regional/national firms’ but, because of our business model, it’s at a much lower cost level.

“You want to ensure you’re doing the best by your clients and that’s exactly what drives the whole Tenet team.

“The only goal here is to look after clients. It’s a fantastic environment to work in.”
