Sovereign Street investment for Prospect

PROSPECT Business Centres has invested £100,000 refurbishing its Leeds office building.

The money has seen improvements to the ground floor suites as well as the reception and communal areas at Prospect House, in Sovereign Street.

Prospect has invested the money in its existing property as it looks to acquire new buildings over the next year.

Charlie Cudworth, managing director of Prospect Business Centres, said: “We are constantly looking for ways to improve our offering and were presented with an unusual opportunity to refurbish the entire ground floor of Prospect House without disrupting any of our occupiers.

Our attention to quality and detail has always set us apart and is a theme we remain committed to, using top quality furnishings and decor throughout to create a smart and stylish business environment.

The newly refurbished offices are available now to potential tenants expanding existing businesses or those looking to gain a flexible foothold in Leeds.

Prospect Business Centres is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year and has two other sites in Leeds and York.
