LAW firm Lupton Fawcett has appointed Leeds creative agency Propaganda to help develop its brand with a twelve months integrated marketing strategy.
Propaganda previously completed a brand health research programme for Leeds-based Lupton Fawcett in 2008 to establish the understanding and delivery of Lupton Fawcett’s corporate brand positioning.
Richard Marshall, managing director at Lupton Fawcett said: “Having listened to our clients, we recognise that now more than ever confidence is a very important commodity.
“Propaganda has helped us understand both the challenges and opportunities in the market and the new marketing strategy will not only build confidence with our clients, but will position us exactly where we want to be in this tough and competitive sector.”
Propaganda client services director, Craig Harrold said: “Our work with Lupton Fawcett last year has given us a thorough insight into the business, and as a result our relationship has flourished.”

THE last few remaining tickets for the Yorkshire Publicity Association’s (YPA) annual Summer Charity Ball have been released.
The Rio Carnival-themed event on July 23 at Rudding Park in Harroagte is close to a sell-out for the fifth year in succession. Last year the ball raised £3,000 for charity.
Tickets include a champagne reception, three-course dinner, salsa band, followed by DJ and dancing until 2am. Money raised will go to the regional branch of Breast Haven Cancer.
Leigh Bulmer, the chair of the YPA, said: “It’s fantastic that so many people from the media industry in Yorkshire plus the media houses from London who are attending have put aside what’s been a testing period commercially to join us once again for our charity ball.”

PR firm Allott & Associates has been awarded the contract to create and manage a year long campaign for the Barnsley Work & Skills Board (BWSB).
The campaign’s aim is to tackle long-term unemployment and encouraging uptake of apprenticeships, volunteering and training opportunities.
As part of the programme Allott & Associates has developed a ‘Barnsley Needs You’ campaign theme, which it also developed into a website and a Facebook listing.
The initiative is supported by Barnsley business and community organisations as an integral part of the regeneration of this former mining community.
